Charlie Holmes
Charlie Holmes was the best RE agent I have ever had. He was right "on top" of everything regarding our purchase as well as our selling of our condo, even though we had our own agent for selling. He was helpful every step of the way and always tried to help us relax . He helped me to stay calm throughout the entire process! I will highly recommend him and his team to everyone I know that needs a real estate agent.

Excellent service and communication
using his pricing methodology, I was able to set a realistic sales price and not agent's exaggerated price to gain the listing. He went to work marketing the listing immediately and I received an offer the day of the first open house. His provided sound advice to evaluate the offers. the pros and cons of each offer, of which I had four within a week. Following the acceptance of the offer, he provided valuable assistance with the move out details. Charles met ever detail he promised in his initial presentation. He and his assistant did an admirable job and I would hire them again and I a strongly recommend his integrity , service and performance to others.
